Max H. Kirsch
Max H. Kirsch serves as director of and as an associate professor in Florida Atlantic University's Ph.D. in Comparative Studies program. He is also the university's UNESCO Chair in Human and Cultural Rights. His books include Queer Theory and Social Change, In the Wake of the Giant: Multinational Restructuring and Uneven Development in a New England Community, Computers in the Writing Class and Rethinking Disney: Private Control, Public Dimensions. He has also written articles for such journals as Urban Anthropology, Technology and Learning, and Medical Anthropological Quarterly.
